Getting paid
- Bank transfer every Thursday
- For cash collected from passengers, fees are deducted from the following week's transfer
- Maximum outstanding balance is 2,000 baht; above that, cash jobs are temporarily paused

How a trip works
Go available
While you're available, the app shares your vehicle location every 20 seconds.
Accept within 15 seconds
See the pick-up, drop-off, fare and payment method before you accept.
Pick up and confirm the passenger
Tap "Arrived", check the passenger's name, then start the trip.
Drop off and complete
Collect payment or confirm it's been paid, and the receipt is issued automatically.
One standard for every vehicle, in every province
These standards protect the reputation of every driver on the network.
- Wear the voyiro uniform and driver ID card while on jobs — the same standard in every region and country
- Random selfie identity checks 2–5 times a day; never let anyone else use your account
- Charge only the fare shown — no extra charges
- Never take passengers to shops they didn't ask to visit
- Three-strike system: 1st — warning · 2nd — temporary suspension [Pending: กี่วัน] · 3rd — reviewed jointly by the cooperative and voyiro
Questions from drivers
Can I still pick up passengers on the street?
Yes, as usual. voyiro is extra work — you're never required to take jobs only through the system.
Can I apply if I'm not a cooperative member?
For now we only accept drivers through participating cooperatives, so everyone on the network is licensed and supported.
How many hours a day do I have to drive?
There's no minimum. Go available whenever you're ready.
What if there's an accident during a job?

Who can see a driver's personal information?
