Three layers of compliance

Legal licensing
Drivers hold public driving licences, and vehicles are registered by type with compulsory insurance and road tax paid in full, in line with Thailand's Motor Vehicle Act and Land Transport Act.
Members of a transport cooperative
Cooperatives are legal entities that look after their members, verify qualifications and are responsible for member discipline.
